At Final Kut, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

  Drop Off Your Shipment

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
